About Us
All of This Little Piggy's products are handmade with devotion to detail as a priority. Bows are made with top quality grosgrain ribbon and durable hardware. All ribbon ends are heat-sealed to avoid fraying. All clips and bows are shipped on bow cards. Embroidered items are made with 100% polyester thread that will not fade or bleed in the wash and sealed in poly bags tied with ribbon. All our items leave the studio in perfect gift-giving condition!

How To Order
Ordering
is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order
online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button
to place your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; orders received after Friday, 5 pm EST will not be processed until Monday. The studio is closed weekends and federal holidays.
Custom Orders
With your input, This Little Piggy can create hair bows to match specific outfits, store lines, school uniforms, or sport teams. Custom hair bow order services are available for an additional $2.00 per item. Please contact us directly with any custom order inquiry.

Most emails will be addressed within 48 business hours.
Payment Information
Payment for orders are accepted through Paypal (which includes credit card payments). You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order! During checkout, there will be a link for payments accepted from customers without a PayPal account.
Refunds and Returns
Most items are made to order, customized, or personalized, and therefore, all
sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless there is an error
in shipment. If you need a sample, please e-mail us with your request.
If you place an order for an item that becomes out of stock before we have a chance to remove it
from the website, we will not be placing that item on backorder. You
will receive a refund for that item.
Shipping
Orders
are shipped within 7 business days after order is placed. During
busier times of the year this turnaround time may range from 8-14 days, but we will make every effort to get your order out within the standard 7 day period. A confirmation email is sent once your
order has been processed and shipped.
Currently we only ship to the United States. International orders may be considered if our studio is contacted prior to checkout and the order total exceeds $24.99. Extra shipping charges may apply, and the customer will receive a separate invoice for this service.
We
use USPS First Class and Priority mail, depending on the package weight. If you require Priority or another faster service, please contact us. Extra shipping charges may apply, and the customer will receive a separate invoice for this service.
Privacy Policy
Your
privacy is very important to us. This Little Piggy does not share
