Which hair clip is best for me? TOP
This Little Piggy uses three different clip styles (which are pictured here):
1. Baby Snap Clip: This clip measures 1 1/4" long and is fully lined with 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. This tiny clip snaps tightly shut and will attach to the smallest amount of hair. They are light weight and are best for thin or fine hair. Due to its small size, this clip style is not available for every bow style. Please be sure to check each product's clip options if this style is available for use.
2. Alligator Pinch Clip: This clip measures 1 3/4" long and is fully lined with 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. This versatile clip style is perfect for the child who may have outgrown the baby snap clip, but still has fine hair. Each clip is lined with our No Slip Grip Strip to ensure they stay in. This material is not sticky and will not leave any residue in your child's hair. This clip is both functional and decorative: it may be used to pull hair back or in front of a pony tail as decoration.
3. French Clip: This clip measures 1 1/2" long and is partially lined with 3/8" grosgrain ribbon. This style clip has a tension closure and is better for longer, thicker hair. Like the alligator pinch clip, this style is also both functional and decorative. Many customers prefer this style for the larger bows and like to use them to clip the hair in front of a ponytail.
What is the No Slip Grip Strip made of? TOP
This Little Piggy's No Slip Grip Strip is a plastic material that is adhered to the top of all our alligator pinch clips. The material is not sticky and will not leave any residue in the hair. No scratchy Velcro or dangerous magnets here! Our customers love how they really help the clips stay put!
How do I know if I need a clip opening to the left or to the right? TOP
Clips that open to the left have the opening on the left and are generally worn on the right side of the head. Clips that open to the right have the opening on the right and are generally worn on the left side of the head. If a bow is purchased with the opening to the left and the pair option is added, the second clip will open to the right, making the pair include both a left-side and a right-side bow. If a product does not offer the option of choosing which way the clip will open, it is because the bow will look great regardless of which side the opening is on.

I am a local customer. Do I still have to pay shipping? TOP
Pick up arrangements must be made prior to ordering. All orders will still need to be completed through our safe and secure online shopping cart, and shipping charges will be refunded to the customer after the order is complete. Please contact us if you would like more information about the availability of this service.
Do you make custom hair bows? TOP
Yes, we can make any of our hair bows to match special outfits, store lines, school uniforms, or sport teams. This Little Piggy charges a $2.00 service charge per item for custom orders. Please contact us regarding any custom order inquiry.
Can I change the standard color scheme of an embroidery design? TOP
Yes, this is possible! For any Collection design, the standard color scheme may be changed to match your preference. With your payment, please include any color change instructions. Please be as specific as you can! Any questions regarding your changes will only delay your order from processing in a timely manner. For example, if you prefer the Urban Collection skull to be green, please state "in place of pink, use forest green." Thread colors are available for your reference on our Options page. Please email us with any questions you may have regarding this procedure.
 Will my bow be an exact match of the color on my computer screen? TOP
There
is no way to guarantee color accuracy from what you see on your monitor
to the final product. This is due to a myriad of issues from
monitor calibration, monitor settings, back lighting, and the
difference in the color spectrum used for dying versus what your
monitor displays. No refunds will be given for color differences or
variances. If you are unsure about a color, please contact us regarding color samples.
